Knife attack victim left with scar on his face

Arkan Faeq was attacked by two assailants and left with a large scar on the left side of his face, reports KentOnline.com.

In what appeared to be a racially motivated attack, Mr Faeq, an Iraqi, was attacked by Emma Brennan with a knife after she verbally assaulted him.

Ms Brennan has been sentenced to prison time for the crime, but Mr Faeq is left with a reminder of it everyday he looks into the mirror. He has been left with a four-inch by two-inch scar on the left side of his face.

Though it may be difficult to mask the mental and emotional scars caused by the traumatic event, the physical scar Faeq has been left with is much more manageable if he wanted to seek treatment for it.

Scar treatment has come a long way over the past few decades.
